3-4 cups dark, leafy greens
1/2 chopped honey crisp apple
1 Tbsp of dried cranberries or pomegranate seeds
1 Tbsp of toasted pumpkin seeds, pine seeds or walnuts
1 Tbsp of low-fat feta cheese
3.5oz shredded chicken
