Stock up on beach days snacks with these nourishing, sandy-hands-friendly eats and treats.

We're big fans of long weekends and summer days at the shore. Need some new ideas to stay on plan and not overindulge? We have you covered.

Almond Flour Crackers and hummus or guac: a match made in heaven and not to mention no prep needed! Try our limited ed. flavor: cheddar cheese for a flavor-packed treat.

Strawberry Sparkling Water: cold and bubbly, these always hit the spot. You already know that staying hydrated is important (especially in the sun & heat). Pop open a can for a cool, hydrating treat that you'll actually enjoy.

Diata Rice Krispie Treats & Marshmallow Puffs: sometimes you just want something sweet. These travel well and are low in calories, so go ahead and indulge .... just be sure to bring extra for friends.

Oh Snap Pickles: for our salty snack lovers, this is the snack for you! Pre-portioned and packed ready to go. Not to mention several fun pickle flavors to choose from! We get ours at Target or Wawa.

High Protein Cold Fruit Beverage: mix up a packet of pineapple, lemon or peach mango high protein drink for a refreshing snack that won’t weigh you down! Top with lots of ice and fresh fruit.

Seaweed Snacks: low in calories and packed with essential minerals, these crispy roasted seaweed snacks are a great (on-theme) beach snack.

Baby Carrots, Tuna Salad & BBQ Curls: this is a classic combo you have to try. High in protein, salty and just oh-so-good. The combo of tuna salad, sweet carrots and salty chips always land. Toss in a cute, reusable bag for a beach-chic look.

Jerky Sticks: pair nicely with lightly salted almonds. Packed with protein and none of the carbs, the ideal duo for a salty beach snack.

Pinwheel Wraps: a fun, little 'snacky twist' on your favorite wrap of choice.

Our favorite? Spread one wedge of laughing cow cheese on a Mission carb balance wrap, sprinkle with Everything But the Bagel Seasoning, layer smoked salmon and top with thinly sliced tomato and red onion. Roll up, and cut into bite-sized slices for an easy, mess-free meal.

Optional: add capers for that classic Lox Bagel taste. Keep in a closed cooler with lots of ice to keep cool.
