1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1/2-1 cup cold water
1/2 cup ice
1/4 tsp almond extract (1 tsp vanilla extract works as substitute)
1 cup frozen blueberries
1 cup frozen cauliflower rice
1 Tbsp of organic chia seeds
Optional: 1 Tbsp monkfruit sugar
How to prep
- Add unsweetened vanilla almond milk, Diata shake and almond extract to blender, and blend on low for 10 seconds.
-Use a spatula to push down any mixture that is stuck to the sides of the blender. Add 1/2 cup of cold water, frozen blueberries, frozen cauliflower rice, and ice. If you craving a sweeter treat, add 1 Tbsp of monkfruit sugar. Blend, starting a low speed and gradually increasing. Add water as needed to achieve desired consistency.
- Add in chia seeds and blend for another ten seconds. Enjoy!

Where does the cheesecake-like flavor come from? In order to achieve the sweet + salt cheesecake flavor profile, our chef combined our vanilla shake, almond extract and unsweetened vanilla almond milk.
Always start by blending powders into liquid first to make sure you get a smooth, creamy texture. This helps to prevent ingredients from clumping together.
Cut up veggies ahead of time and toss into a ziploc bag so you have them ready to go at a minute’s notice.
