Diata Health Recipe: Pumpkin Overnight Oats
- 1 Diata Health maple brown sugar oatmeal
- 1/2 tsp of cinnamon
- 2 Tbsp of pumpkin puree
- 1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- Optional: 1 tsp chia seeds or ground flaxseeds
- Recommended toppings: crushed walnuts, pumpkin seeds and sugar-free maple syrup
- Mix all ingredients together in a small bowl or mason jar until smooth. Mixture should be smooth and similar to a porridge in texture.
- Cover with plastic wrap or lid and place in the refrigerator for a minimum of 2 hours.
- Add desired toppings and enjoy!
