Diata Health Recipe: Pumpkin Overnight Oats


  • 1 Diata Health maple brown sugar oatmeal
  • 1/2 tsp of cinnamon
  • 2 Tbsp of pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • Optional: 1 tsp chia seeds or ground flaxseeds
  • Recommended toppings: crushed walnuts, pumpkin seeds and sugar-free maple syrup


  1. Mix all ingredients together in a small bowl or mason jar until smooth. Mixture should be smooth and similar to a porridge in texture.
  2. Cover with plastic wrap or lid and place in the refrigerator for a minimum of 2 hours.
  3. Add desired toppings and enjoy!
