I'm really enjoying the gluten free protein bread! It has been very difficult to find good tasting gluten free bread and Diata's bread is delicious. Also, I love the fact that one slice packs a punch of flavor and protein to my morning eggs. I've been enjoying it by cutting it up into bite sized pieces and eating it with poached eggs. Thanks for another product that is making it easy to stick to my program!
