Will I have a Protein Pudding, Ice Cream or Shake?

I use the Protein Puddings as a Diata "Ice Cream or Shake" much more so than a pudding. In a blender add ice, OR a few frozen strawberries if your food program allows. Then add vanilla extract, and vanilla sugar free Almond Milk, crush together. Perhaps add a teaspoon of coco powder and a few chocolate chips from Max Sweets. Crush together again. 1 packet of pudding makes a nice portion. I also add a tsp of flax and chia seeds for a little crunch. Add more ice to make it into "ice cream". If the portion is too much to eat at one serving, keep the rest in the freezer for later. It will get very hard if frozen too long. For an added "susprise", break up 1 cup cake from Smart Cakes. Enjoy!!
