Strawberry Mint Smoothie 


  • 1 ½ cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • ¼ fresh mint leaves
  • 1 ½ Diata Health vanilla shake
  • ¼ avocado (fresh or frozen)
  • ½ cup frozen cauliflower rice
  • 1 cup ice
  • Optional: 1 Tbsp monkfruit sugar

How to prep

-Blend all ingredients together until smooth.

-If necessary, add additional almond milk until you achieve the desired consistency.

-If you're craving a sweeter treat, add 1 Tbsp of monkfruit sugar.


Tips & Tricks


Optional toppings: mint leaf (for display), cacao nibs, or sliced strawberries.
