    Always good as an " Ice Cream or Shake"

    I use the Protein Puddings as a Diata "Ice Cream or Shake" much more so than a pudding. In a blender add ice, vanilla extract, and vanilla sugar free Almond Milk, crush together. Perhaps add a tablespoon of powdered peanut butter with a few chocolate chips from Max Sweets. Crush together again. 1 packet of pudding makes a nice portion. I also add a tsp of flax and chia seeds for a little crunch. Add more ice to make it into "ice cream". If the portion is too much to eat at one serving, keep the rest in the freezer for later. It will get very hard if frozen tooo long. For an added "susprise", break up 1 cup cake from Smart Cakes. Enjoy!!
